Foyle Search & Rescue have received confirmation of a grant from the Department for Transport, for flood rescue equipment and training totaling £13,021.54. The Inshore and Inland rescue boat grant scheme gives voluntary groups crucial funding for new equipment and training to support their rescue efforts in and around inland and inshore waterways.
