One Week to the Lloyds Charity Achievement Finals

On the 16th of July The Lloyds Bank Foundation announced that six charities from Northern Ireland were shortlisted for the UK Final of the Charity Achievement Awards. Foyle Search & Rescues Chairman Stephen Twells & Deputy Emergency Response Team Volunteer Paul Mc Laughlin will be travelling to London representing the Charity at the prestigious awards

The work that Foyle Search and Rescue do for our town is incredible. I've visited the building and met all the staff. They are inspiring and down to earth people.

Tonight myself and my wife were watching these guys going up and down the river on boat and on foot. Then next thing they are holding on to a female stopping her from jumping into the Foyle in my eyes they saved this lady from certain death my deepest respect to these guys
