Foyle Search and Rescue – NI Investing in Volunteers Award

Foyle Search and Rescue are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Volunteer Now, NI Investing in Volunteers Award. Investing in Volunteers is the UK Quality Standard for all organisations which involve volunteers in their work. To date, 92 organisations have achieved this award in Northern Ireland. The work that Foyle Search and Rescue do for our town is incredible. I've visited the building and met all the staff. They are inspiring and down to earth people.

Tonight myself and my wife were watching these guys going up and down the river on boat and on foot. Then next thing they are holding on to a female stopping her from jumping into the Foyle in my eyes they saved this lady from certain death my deepest respect to these guys
